BACKORDERS
Occasionally we are notified of item delays or backorders from the manufacture. An estimated release date will be provided to you via email or phone. Please keep in mind this is an approximate date and is subject to change at the discretion of the manufacture. Once an item becomes available orders will be filled from oldest to youngest.

NOTICE OF DEFECTS
Buyer shall give Seller prompt notice of all defects known to it, either orally to Seller’s onsite representative, electronically (e-mail) or telephonic notice, Seller will notify Buyer of its intentions and preferences to effect repair of the product.

If the above limitations, term and conditions are not acceptable in any way to the Buyer, then Buyer may return the product to Seller within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price. The installation or use of the product shall constitute acceptance of all the above limitations, term and conditions.

WARRANTIES
If Buyer is not satisfied with the product,  Buyer may return the product to seller within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price.

SALES TAX
VB Vented Brakes Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS priority. UPS overnight, 2 or 3 day or UPS Saturday are available upon request for an additional charge. Credit card orders must be shipped to the address of the credit card holder unless otherwise approved by us.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
